Villa Silvana is surrounded by wild and picturesque gardens, alive with shrubs and cacti, olive and palm trees. Villa Silvana stays pleasantly cool during the summer months (which can get very hot in Puglia!) and warm and snug with log burning stoves in the winter, making this a great choice for trips all year round!

We love how spacious this property is, with a large pool and 3 big terraces, plus 6 eating areas, you will be spoilt for choice as to where to chill out. The villa also boasts some spectacular views of Puglia, enjoyed at any time of day.

The main eating area seats 18, but there are smaller areas to dine alfresco on the terrace as well as the BBQ area. We recommend a sun-downer on the top terrace at sunset. Perfecto!

Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, complete with modern amenities. Including memory foam mattresses on all beds for added comfort, plus finest quality Italian bed linen, bath and pool towels, hair-dryers, ironing facilities, DVD entertainment system, Plasma TV, and a selection of board games and books and a full guide book of everything there is to see and do in the area with restaurant guides, local tips and all the information you need for enjoying your stay.

This villa is wonderful for children too. With secure grounds and a large pool for playing in! It is nice to walk into the village for ice creams, or adventures out on bikes, explore the fabulous sandy beaches, or get stuck into a homemade pizza class. There is something for everyone at Villa Silvia! And of course, Italy is known for being super child friendly, and Puglia is certainly no exception. There are caves and castles to feed the imagination, as well as a selection of DVDs for lazy afternoons. Nearby the villa, there is the Zoo Safari and the Aqua Park for a fun day out. And restaurants are set up for family-style meals in a fun and welcoming environment.

Whilst there are endless food and watering holes in the nearby towns and beaches, you may want to enjoy a feast at home too. We can arrange a private chef to prepare a meal for your group at the villa for ultimate ease and convenience. You will receive a complementary welcome hamper full of local treats, and as an extra service we can help you with your wine choices or sourcing extra produce.

There is much that this little-known region has to offer: vast stretches of sandy beaches, landscape oozing history and a mesmerising array of architecture. You will be able to eat breakfast in a Baroque city, have lunch in a town built from caves, and enjoy dinner in a whitewashed cobbled hilltop village at sunset.

There are lots of local activities on offer too (e.g. wine tasting/vineyard tour, horse-riding, fishing, bicycles or a round of golf). And Villa Silviana also offers yoga and pilates weeks (out of season). If there is something specific you want to do, we'll do our very best to source it for you!

The villa owners request that you pay the cleaners and chef directly, so that they receive the money for their work.
