A newly landscaped, interior-designed villa sleeping five people, on the magical island of Elba in the Tyrrhenian Sea’s Tuscan Archipelago National Park...

"Dine alfresco under the shade of ancient olive trees, with a negroni in hand! Once you've settled into island living, you'll never want to leave."

3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 5

2 bathrooms
1 en-suite

With magnificent South Westerly sea views overlooking two bays and stunning countryside, this is a slice of heaven amongst the beachy paradise of Elba!

The villa is less than 5 minutes by car to the nearest 2 beaches & the picturesque town of Porto Azzurro, making it prime real-estate on the island.

Set within 12,000 sq. m of Tuscan countryside; cypress, olive, orange trees and agave plants abound. The villa has been recently landscaped and maintained, with a new Boule Terrace since!

The living room is colourful, fun and eclectically furnished. With a large L-shaped sofa and further seating. There is a flat screen smart TV with Netflix and variety of live channels for lazy afternoons/evenings. There is also a good selection of books, board games & DVDs. Two pairs of southwest facing french doors lead onto outdoor dining & sunbathing areas. The stylish alfresco terrace enjoys a separate outside built-in bar & fridge. There is also a traditional chimney-style barbecue for casual dining.

The open-plan kitchen-come-dining area seats 8 people comfortably. Three windows, plus french doors leading out to an eating terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, electric whisk, toaster, and for cocktail lovers - a mirrored cocktail trolley! There is also an iron & ironing board, washing machine (with drying lines outside).

There is also an additional private terrace with a ping pong table, ideal for fun and games, or yoga and meditation! When you're not busy exploring the delights of the island, there are sun-beds for relaxing with a good book.

All rooms in the villa have traditional Tuscan style beams & tiled ceilings. There are three bedrooms (1 king sized four poster bed, 1 super king sized bed OR twin, and a small single bedroom with four-poster bed). Please note the single could sleep two younger children, making it up to 6 people, but not suitable for adults.

There is parking for 3 cars on a private driveway with gates onto the road.

There are wonderful restaurants & bars within a short drive. Plus weekly markets, lovely fashion shops, 3 cinemas, outdoor festivals in the summer months, nightclubs, 2 golf courses, old nautical forts & hilltop Tuscan towns. The area is also great for bike & walking trails. If you are a bit of a water baby, then there is scuba diving, sailing schools & lots of water-sports which can be easily sourced locally.

Elba has a rich history, from the Etruscans to present day. Home to Napoleon's historic town & country residences. Elba has its own unique & traditional dishes, using fresh local produce - very tasty indeed! For food and wine lovers, we highly recommend wine & olive oil tastings at local vineyards.

Please note that we can not accept children under the age of 8 years old at this villa.
