This wonderfully refurbished farmhouse on the edge of the Maiella National Park, offers luxurious accommodation over two floors. There are not many boutique hotels or luxury villas in Abruzzo - so this property is one-of-a-kind! There is a large eat-in kitchen, spacious, wood-beamed drawing room with open fire, book-lined study with wood burning stove, entrance hall, utility room and five well appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Set in landscaped gardens with a pool, barbecue, views over olive groves, mountains and sea. This property can be rented in conjunction with Il Fienile (adjoining barn conversion) to sleep a total of 16 – 18 guests.

The house is ideally situated for hiking in the National Park of the Maiella (only 5 minutes away), sunbathing and seaside swimming in the summer (the Adriatic coast is only half an hour away) and skiing in the winter. We can recommend activities and cultural excursions in the local area. And many places to feast of the best Italian food (for cheap - you can enjoy 2 course with wine and coffee for just €12! We know many ‘artegianale’ producers of local food products of the highest quality, as well as textile and porcelain manufacturers, all traditional to the region. The villa's olive oil is of the highest quality (hand-picked, cold-pressed, extra- virgin, and single- estate) and is in great demand in London – there is always enough, however, for its guests!

There is a nearby local shop (well-stocked), bar and butchers. Plus lots of fantastic restaurants of international quality just a short drive away.

Possible activities include; hiking, rafting, skiing, fishing, scuba-diving, boat trips, tree-top trails, riding, cycling, wine tours, historical/cultural tours and cooking classes - to name but just a few!
