This lovely Tuscan farmhouse has be converted into three self-catering apartments which share the facilities (beautiful landscaped grounds and swimming pool) with the luxurious Villa Ortaglia estate.

Just 17km from Florence airport (and even closer into the central Florence), 95km from Pisa airport and 300km from Rome airport, this really is a prime location in the heart of Tuscany!

The grounds have been carefully landscaped and each acre offers a rich and lush selection of flowers, olive trees, vines and fruit. You will enjoy the most fabulous views over the Florence hills that will captivate and beguile you. It also boasts views of the medieval Duomo of Florence, for added wow-factor. It’s no secret that local nobility often visit this area, and it is easy to see why. There is no place on earth quite like the surroundings of Pratolino.

Casa Anforti farmhouse is comprised of three apartments which each have their own well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable and spacious lounge and dining area:

Principessa Apartment: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen (sleeps 6)
Magnifico Apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 single , 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen (sleeps 5)
Anforti 1 bed Apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 sofa bed , 1 bathroom, 1 living room and 1 kitchen (sleeps2/4)

Casa Anforti can sleep up to 15 guests in total.

All the apartments have use of the swimming pool, terrace, BBQ area and a vast vineyard and olive groves - which are simply stunning!

The main villa and apartments have been lovingly restored in keeping with the rural Tuscan style but offer all the modern facilities including TV, DVD player and wifi.

The apartments can be rented separately or all together, and we can arrange house-keeping services and private cooks upon request. Likewise the main villa and farmhouse can be hired exclusively (to sleep up to 25) for larger events such as family celebrations and weddings. However, please note this requires a 3-night minimum stay.
