…with our mind, body, bowl itinerary. An itinerary to remind us to be kind to ourselves.
This wellness trip aims to bring your senses to life and your mind back to the present. And where are you better positioned to experience holistic wellbeing, than in a part of Italy which celebrates the art of doing things slowly?
– ‘dolce far niente’ –
With the demands of modern life becoming more hectic than ever, we have created a short-break to help silence the noise. Packed with yoga, slow food, excellent wine, mindfulness and pristine nature. We believe life is best enjoyed with balance, which is exactly what this trip aims to restore in its guests.
You will be staying at a hotel which once belonged to the King of Savoy and shares its grounds with
The Gastronomic University and the Wine Bank. What more could you want?!
Day 1 - Slow down with slow food
Today you will be taken on a guided tour of the University of Gastronomic Science, a unique institution founded by the International Slow Food movement in 2004, with the aim of creating an international research and education centre for those working on renewing farming methods, protecting biodiversity, and building an organic relationship between gastronomy and agricultural science. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at your hotel.Accommodation
