Xandari Pearl is the sister property to Xandari Harbour in Fort Cochin and in the same way has been designed with the local landscape and community in mind. Situated on Mararikulam’s golden sands, amongst luscious plants and swaying palm trees, there are 20 stunning villas which blend into the low key and relaxed lifestyle that has always been the way here.

Fishermen have lived on these beaches for centuries and still today you can see their colourful boats and nets when you walk along the beach nearby. It is from these men that the daily catch each day is caught and served for dinner at the fantastic restaurant within the property.

Xandari Pearl is set amongst 18 acres and so each villa feels private and spacious whilst still never feeling too far from the sea. Five villas have plunge pools and they all have private gardens with a sandy sit-out area, the option for private dining a hammock and chaise lounge. Additionally, they have showers open to the sky to really enjoy the beautiful nature around you.

The all-day restaurant looks over the stunning swimming pool which is set within cashew, mango and coconut trees. There really is no need to leave this wonderful sanctuary and you will certainly feel completely relaxed by the time you leave!
