Marari Sands is a fantastic beach resort providing peace and tranquility with a boutique feel due to its smaller size. A short stroll along paths that wind between swaying palms brings you to the beautiful beach where private loungers and hammocks await!
The hotel has 9 Palm View Villas and 4 Palm View Rooms spread across the property. The 9 individual private villas are built in traditional style and feature a covered out door sitting area, spacious en-sutie shower rooms (5 of which are partly open air and feature a rain shower) and modern amenities. The 4 Palm View rooms are located in a small cottage building overlooking the pool and provide en-suite bathrooms and all modern amenities such as AC, tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. All accommodation is set amongst lush green palms and open beach surroundings.
The hotel offers guests a variety of facilities for a really relaxing and comfortable stay, including an outdoor swimming pool, a small Ayruvedic spa and a variety of activities and experiences to enjoy when not lazing on the beach! These include yoga on the beach, a morning of fishing with the local fishermen and even teaching in a local school. The hotel takes great pride in providing fresh, delicious food for guests, and as such they do not offer buffet meals but rather a freshly prepared menu with guests’ personal preferences taken in to consideration. You can dine open air or in the restaurant pavilion near the beach. If you would like to try your hand at traditional cooking – this can also be arranged!
