Khem Vilas is located around a 20-25 minute drive from zones 1-5 of the park and provides guests with a camp experience in a very peaceful environment. The setting of the camp is nestled within open grasslands, meaning local wildlife sightings are common and it is a birdwatchers paradise.

The accommodation at the property is split across three categories - there are 4 spacious standard rooms in the main building which each have AC and an en-suite bathroom, 13 tents nestled within the grounds each with en-suite bathrooms and 8 individual cottages which each have en-suite bathrooms and private verandas. It is worth noting that the tents do not have AC.

The camp has a small plunge pool, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat, and a lovely spa. There is also a bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and the hotel's organic farm is the source of many of the ingredients for the Indian and continental cuisine served throughout the day. WiFi is available in the common areas of the property.
