Bungalow 99 is a thoughtfully designed boutique property tucked away on a leafy street in South Delhi’s Defence Colony, a popular area of the city with both locals and expats. The property is described as a ‘soulful sanctuary’ and that it most certainly is! Every floor is light and airy and each space is elegant in design with splashes of colour, comfortable furnishings and carefully chosen features to ensure all guests, whether for a short or long stay, are well looked after. A real favourite of ours, this delightful property is a calm oasis when visiting the fast paced city of Delhi!

The property comprises of four identical floors. Each floor features three bedrooms, a spacious communal balcony, a large airy living lounge/dining space and kitchen and utility room. On each floor there is a Green Room, Red Room and Blue Room, with the Blue Room offering the most space and a larger en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Both the Green and Red Rooms have en-suite shower rooms and all rooms feature a double or king size bed, large TV, personal safe, air purifier and high speed wifi. The communal kitchen and living space on each floor offers a fridge, hob, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer and dining space meaning it is perfect for longer stays as well as short trips and indeed a whole floor can be booked out for a family or group.

Although Bungalow 99 doesn’t have the facilities of a larger hotel, such as swimming pool or spa, this wonderful property offers a calm place to relax and has a lovely roof garden where guests can enjoy the view over Delhi. The basement space serves as a dining room for breakfast and other meals on request, and the property has a concierge service as well as daily housekeeping.
