Because, primarly, they want every guest to feel at home, pampered in a quiet, cozy and comfortable place.

A tiny corner of Italy in Cuba, Eclectico offers traditional mediterranean recipes and dishes, pairing them with the intense aromas of the Caribbean. The Executive Chef, Vincenzo Frassanito, and his Cuban staff, offer a distinctive interpretation of the Italian cuisine in a vibrant style, emphasizing artisanal ingredients, working with local farmers and small producers.
