The Singular Patagonia was the first hotel, opening in 2011. Set in Puerto Bories with a privileged surrounding of unparalleled natural beauty, The Singular Patagonia is a space of extreme sophistication, incredible history and the highest levels of personalized service deep in the heart of Chilean Patagonia.
Built around the history of the old 20th century Bories cold storage plant, it still houses a museum that has preserved the original century-old industrial machinery, for which it was declared historic monument in 1996.
Its location allows it to offer a wide variety of excursions, whether in Torres del Paine National Park or to nearby attractions. The series of activities they offer in the area, such as fishing, history and sightings, is what makes The Singular Patagonia unique.
They also put special attention into boosting local products, preparing unique dishes that highlight the region’s heritage. They strive to put on the table the purest essence of Chilean Patagonia, represented in their luxurious cuisine.
The rooms are spacious with understated elegance. The true highlight is the floor to ceiling windows giving you the impression to be at one with the stunning views of the natural world just outside. There are 54 Singular Rooms and three Singular Suites offering a separate living area.
