This three story house allows a large group or family to spread out. Those staying on the ground and first floors share ocean facing balconies while those in the loft have their own kitchenette and seating area. A separate carriage house provides more privacy for two-to-four people who want their own apartment complete with a kitchen. In the main house, two seating areas provide ample space to relax indoors. Outside, there are pool loungers, a hammock, and ocean view loungers just a few steps from the small path of beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes counter seating, top of the line appliances, double ovens, espresso makers, and more. Across three tables, a wet bar, and the kitchen bar, 28 people can sit inside to dine. An outdoor kitchen has a propane grill, sink, and refrigerator. The outdoor dining table has seating for 12.

There are six bedrooms in the main house. On the ground level there is an ocean view master suite with a king-sized bed and access to a shared oceanfront patio. The room is equipped with US cable and Apple TV. It has a walk-in closet and the en suite bathroom has a tub-shower combo. You'll also find a garden view bedroom with two queen beds and Apple TV. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower. One level up are three ocean view bedrooms, all with access to a shared balcony. A grand master suite has a king-sized bed, deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, two sinks, and walk-in closet. The other two en suite bedrooms have one king bed each and a standing shower. All bedrooms on this floor are outfitted with US cable and Apple TV.

On the top, loft level, reached by a spiral staircase, is the sixth bedroom. With a private ocean-facing balcony, queen-sized bed, two twin beds in an alcove, a small sitting area, and a kitchenette, this suite is ideal for a family of four or for giving kids or teenagers a space of their own. The television has Apple TV and an X-Box One gaming system. The en suite bathroom has a shower.

The Carriage House contains an upstairs garden view apartment with a king-sized bed. The bedroom includes a tv and dvd player. The en suite bathroom has a standing shower. A living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and US cable TV. The carriage house kitchen contains a range, refrigerator, freezer, and other appliances plus a full supply of cutlery and utensils. A counter bar seats 4 and a dining table seats another 4 people. Entrance to the carriage house is up one flight of stairs.

Children are welcome and a variety of amenities are provided for young guests and families including pool and beach toys, board games, X-Box One, iPod, and Google Chromebook.

For stays longer than five nights, one mid-week cleaning is provided. Assistance with rental cars, boat charters, and other reservations is available through the villa's concierge service. The following staff and services can be arranged at additional cost: daily maid service, villa attendant/butler service, babysitting, wine/liquor delivery, grocery pre-stocking, in-villa massage and spa treatments, yoga, Pilates mat, and personal training, VIP airport fast track to speed through immigration upon arrival.

Tatenda is located in South Sound, a residential part of Grand Cayman approximately 10-15 minutes drive from Owen Roberts International Airport. Seven Mile Beach is about a 10-minute drive from the villa. The nearest restaurants and shops are about a 5-minute drive from the house. A path of beach provides entry to shallow waters, sometimes too shallow at low tide for entry. Swimming depth and then snorkeling inside the reef begins about 45 paces from the shoreline.
