Nirvana is uniquely decorated with floor tiles, bright colourful accents, and textiles, giving it a lovely feel of home. With sitting areas inside and out, there's plenty of room to spread out and find privacy and large areas to come together. The property is three stories high giving the top floor bedrooms beautiful sea views.

The full kitchen has a gas range, double ovens, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and an array of small appliances such as coffee and espresso makers, microwave, and toaster. It is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen essentials. An indoor table can seat 8 while the outdoor dining areas can seat 15: 10 at one table and 5 at an outdoor bar. The outdoor kitchen has a gas cooktop, dishwasher, sink, counter space, fridge, and freezer.

The ground floor bedroom has a partial ocean and garden view and is accessed from the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The room has one king bed and an adjacent alcove has a set of large twin bunk beds. There are two garden view bedrooms one level up. One has two single Murphy beds, Apple TV, DVD player, and an X-Box gaming system. The other has one queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. An additional door makes this bathroom accessible from the hallway. On the top floor sit two ocean view bedrooms with access to a shared balcony. The master suite has an open plan bed/bath room with a king bed, an open plan walk-in shower inside and an exterior deep soaking tub with a shower, dual sinks, and a private water closet. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds, direct access to the master bathroom, Apple TV, and an independent air conditioning unit.

Children are welcome and a variety of amenities are provided for young guests and families including pool and beach toys, board games, an iPad and Google Chromebook.

For stays longer than five nights, one mid-week cleaning is provided. Assistance with rental cars, boat charters, and other reservations is available through the villa's concierge service. The following staff and services can be arranged at additional cost: daily maid service, villa attendant/butler service, babysitting, wine/liquor delivery, grocery pre-stocking, in-villa massage and spa treatments, yoga, Pilates mat, and personal training, VIP airport fast track to speed through immigration upon arrival.

Nirvana is located in the secluded South Sound area. A 10 minute drive can take you to Owen Roberts International Airport, Seven Mile Beach, or Georgetown. A grocery store is less than a 10 minute drive. The villa sits directly on the beach and a shipwreck just off shore makes for great snorkeling.
