Exploring Cape Town

Bloubergstrand & Milnerton

Located on the beaches to the north of the City Centre, Bloubergstrand and Milnerton offer a totally different terrain to the rest of Cape Town. The jagged coastline is replaced by undulating dunes and secluded coves by vast open beaches. Bloubergstrand (pronounced Blow-berg-strand) is most famous for its postcard view of Table Mountain, wherever you go in Blouberg you are always aware of its towering presence, the cloud that sometimes covers the mountain, known as the “Table Cloth”. We love the wide open beaches, relaxed atmosphere, good shopping and wide variety of restaurants with views- many in walking distance of your accommodation. Quite an active area not just for water sports such as surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing but also roller skating and blades as well as cycling, running and walking. It is a great location not just for those wanting to take part but also for those that enjoy the entertainment these enthusiasts willingly provide. Staying there is great value, particularly for families who want a bit more space.

Below is a selection of properties we have more! We also hold additional pictures of many of the properties. Please don’t hesitate to contact us email  or phone +44 (0)20 7112 0019 to see more pictures and for more accommodation suggestions.
