Laos

12 hours of daylight

The sunshine of Laos during our darkest months can make even the most diehard fan of a tan grateful for shady forests and waterfall pools to dip into. Fortunately, Laos has those in spades, plus bamboo bridges across rivers to charming cafés and paths through rice paddies, hills to climb for spectacular sunrises, and plenty of rivers ideal for catching a sunset.

November through March are the best months to visit Laos as this is dry season. Plenty of sun and yet it’s not outrageously hot as it can be in May and June before the rains come. Whether you want to while away the time in Luang Prabang, walk through the hamlet of Nong Khiaw in the north, or catch the sunrise from ancient temples in the south, these are the months to catch the sun in Laos.

Morocco Multi-centre holiday

The November and December sunshine in Morocco is perfect for exploring both the more popular corners of this picturesque and incredibly diverse country, as it is less crowded and pleasantly warm. The temperature ranges around 20°C, sometimes reaching nearly 25°C.

This is the best time for hiking to discover the charm of Berber villages in the Atlas Mountains, exploring the beauty of the Medinas (old cities) at a slower, more relaxed pace. During this period is worth experiencing the serenity and splendor of the desert as the pleasant weather makes desert excursions, such as camel treks or 4×4 tour, far more comfortable compared to the intense summer heat. Enjoy the sunshine during the winter months in the vibrant Morocco!
