Chaa Creek has seven different room styles to choose from, each one offering something unique. There are villa options to suit families and groups and stylish and romantic suites for couples. Any room you choose will be provided with everything you need for a fabulous stay.
Onsite activities that you can enjoy include canoeing and tubing on the Macal River; take a guide or go it alone and gently paddle downstream to San Ignacio for lunch or dinner, after which you can be collected to avoid the upstream paddle! There is a stables so horseback riding is possible from the premises and guided birding, safari and nature walks occur daily. There is also a full service spa, highly regarded restaurant, infinity pool, Butterfly Exhibit, endless trails around the 400 acre plot and there is even a woodworking shop and bakery!
Chaa Creek is also conveniently located with knowledgeable guides to take you on tours and excursions to the Mundo Maya’s most famous ancient Maya sites, including the magnificent cities of Caracol and Tikal, the beautiful pyramid of nearby Xunantunich, as well as Cahal Pech, El Pilar and sacred ceremonial caves such as the artefact-laden Actun Tunichil Muknal.
