Maid service (apartment cleaning, laundering sheets and towels, plus dishwashing) is included six days per week in the winter and three days per week in the summer.

To make you feel further at home there is a television set and stereo system. Guests at Mermaid have access to the nearby Jack?s Hole, a secluded beach across the road. The famous Crane Beach is also a stone?s throw away.
