This lovely three bedroom three bathroom ensuite split level penthouse has been totally transformed into a spacious airy apartment with spectacular ocean views from all four of the balconies.
The master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a fabulous view of the ocean. The bedroom has a king bed and internet TV and leads out to the sitting area on the balcony. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and both are ensuite and each room has it's won balcony and seating area. The living room and kitchen are air conditioned and open out to a balcony with an al fresco dining area with more beautiful ocean views. The living room has a large screen TV with internet channels, comfortable seating makes this a great space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge with ice maker and water dispenser.
Throughout the home there are exceptional pieces of art and decor which the owners have collected through the years travelling extensively through Europe. The decor and colours pop and add a chic and sleek feeling to the spaces.
