Each villa has three generously large air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the upper level and one of the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms feature bathrooms en suite. Ceiling fans are throughout.
In addition to excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large freshwater pool for the exclusive use of residents.

Easy Reach is an impressive beach house offering 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms just a few feet from the sea on the white sands of the famous Mullins Beach. The house was totally refurbished in January 2009 to an excellent standard.
Seawards is a lovely three bedroom property with pool sitting on the edge of a lovely quiet beach on the west coast of Barbados. Offering three air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining area, patios and outdoor dining.
