One of just six luxury villas wonderfully sited on Gibbs Bay in over an acre of landscaped gardens. Each villa has three generously large air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the upper level and one of the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.
Emerald Beach 2 also know as Allamanda shares a fabulous fresh water pool with the other 5 Villas that are semi circular positioned around this fabulous centre-piece.
The villa itself offers a private, covered terrace with cozy patio furniture, perfect for relaxing with a fruit cocktail. There are three bedrooms that sleep 6 and all benefit from air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
The open living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and features island-inspired artwork. Just a few steps up you’ll find the raised indoor dining area as well as the bright kitchen. It’s fully equipped—but you won’t need to worry much about cooking! A chef service is included with your stay, as well as a maid/laundress and security. Enjoy meals alfresco in the dining gazebo.
This home is located directly on Gibbs Bay Beach, and the beautiful Mullins Beach is only five minutes away where you can enjoy a meal out at the popular Mullins Beach Bar.
