Roar and Snore

Glamping at the famous Taronga Zoo in Sydney is one of our favourite Australian experiences: Stay in a tent at the zoo, learn about its inhabitants, fall asleep to the sounds of wild animals and wake up to the views of Sydney’s iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

This is the only opportunity to camp overnight with the views of Sydney Harbour on one side and bears, elephants and crocodiles on the other. Experience an exclusive Taronga Zoo night safari led by passionate keepers and guides. Roar & Snore is a fully hosted educational experience which includes up-close animal encounters, guided tours of the zoo in darkness, and exclusive behind the scenes experiences. Along with the ‘wild’ component you will have all the extras, from refreshments at Taronga’s harbour front campsite and a sumptuous feast  with drinks, to sleeping in architecturally designed tents.

Tents are 2-4 person tents (you won’t have to sleep with anyone you don’t know). All linen and towels are provided.
