The Barn Accommodation offers suites and apartments with adining area, private bathroom and TV. Some of the bathrooms include a bathtub or spa bath, while the apartments offer kitchenette facilities. The majority of the accommodation has been constructed from Mount Gambier Limestone since 2009 and offers high quality amenities and a quiet country experience, just 5 mins from the regional capital of Mount Gambier.

The Rooms
The Standard Queen Rooms are well suited to the business traveller, offering a compact layout with all the facilities you need while travelling. Each room has a luxury queen bed, high definition LCD TV’s and ensuite. Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

The Premier King Suites are designed as open plan suites, they are a generous 43 to 48 sqm and feature superb Sealy Dynasty plush king beds, 46 inch LED TV’s, sofa lounge with stone coffee table & large glass french doors opening out to a private patio area. The large Caesar stone bathrooms feature frameless shower screen, Mythven Italian tapware and deep bath. Maximum occupancy is 3 people. The Premier King Suites with spa offer a large 2 person corner spa.

The Deluxe King Suites are set amongst the gardens in a quiet location with rural views. The open plan suites feature a luxurious plush king size bed, LCD TV’s, sofa lounge with stone coffee table & large glass french doors opening out to a private patio area. The well-appointed Caesar stone bathrooms include separate bath & shower with Australian organic amenities. Maximum occupancy is 3 people.

The self contained cabin style Spa Apartment has all the facilities travellers need for a small getaway. The apartment offers a generous queen bedroom and ensuite with large two person spa. Separate lounge with sofa bed & kitchenette with cooking facilities allows for a very comfortable stay. Enjoy a refreshment on the balcony area set amongst the gardens. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

The spacious self-contained apartment with two bedrooms is perfect for a small family holiday or stopover. The apartment features king master bedroom with queen bed and single bed in second bedroom. There is kitchenette with cooking facilities, generous lounge/ living area, sofa lounge and ensuite with separate bath and shower. Enjoy a refreshment on the balcony area set amongst the gardens. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

The Four Bedroom House is a modern and tastefully furnished open plan home, located on site just walking distance from the Steakhouse restaurant and Barn Palais. The House features fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, four bedrooms with built in robes, laundry and two modern bathrooms. It is deal for a family gathering or long term stay, the house is furnished with king bed, two queen beds and three king single beds. Maximum occupancy is 9 people.

In a quiet location just 350 metres from The Barn on Childs road, the Farmhouse is a recently rebuilt Four Bedroom House with rural views. The house includes two bathrooms, modern fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and separate lounge and dining areas. Each bedroom boasts a queen bed and extensive built in robes with ducted heating/ air conditioning throughout. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

The Facilities
The Barn Steakhouse serves local grass-fed beef, fresh seafood and delicious desserts. Continental or cooked breakfast is served in-room or in the Oak Tree Room. There is a wine cellar offering Coonawarra region wines with over 750 to choose from.

The property is 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Mount Gambier and 8 minutes’ drive from Blue Lake and the Blue Lake Golf Course. The Coonawarra wine region is a 1 hour drive away.
