Fleewinter

The Sea Breeze Resort is a boutique accommodation offering lovely self-contained studios and apartments and located just five kilometres south of Exmouth and the World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Marine Park. The accommodation is owner-operated and is known for highest levels of personalized service and has the added advantage of top notch local knowledge.

The Facilities
The studios and apartments are set amongst lush tropical gardens where guests can enjoy a swimming pool as well as a large fully-equipped outdoor kitchen including a barbecue grill. Guest are offered free shuttle service to nearby restaurants and cafes.

The Rooms
The 30 spacious and tranquil studios are serviced daily and have air conditioning, free WiFi and fully equipped kitchenettes with a refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.

Guests can chose between a Star Executive Studio or a Standard Studio. Star Executive Studios are more quiet, located on the first floor and have more contemporary furniture with option of Queen bed or king singles. Standard Studios are located on the ground floor and are better suited for families with an additional double bunk bed.

The two bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and combines two studios with a separate kitchen area.
