Located right across the road from Kemp Beach, Rosslyn Bay Resort offers self-contained accommodation on the doorstep of Great Keppel Island.

The Rooms
Featuring contemporary wood or wicker furnishings, the rooms and suites come with free Wi-Fi. All have kitchenettes or full kitchens, and most have balconies with sea or garden views. Some add whirlpool baths and private gardens.

The spacious Standard Rooms for up to four guests feature a kitchenette and offer either sea views from the front windows or a garden terrace.
The Premium Studios can accommodate up to four guests and are newly renovated and offer a generously sized studio unit with new furniture and decor as well as a kitchenette.
Accommodating up to four adults, the Premium One Bedroom Suites are newly renovated and include a generously sized living room, a kitchenette and a separate main bedroom.
The Two Bedroom Apartments also accommodate up to four adults but offer more individual space. They are located in a separate building, and most of these apartments enjoy spectacular sea views.
Also located in the separate building, the Premium Two Bedroom Apartments offer space for up to six adults. The difference to the Two Bedroom Apartments is more space and that all of the them enjoy spectacular sea views.
The new modern Spa Bungalow Units are a recent addition to the resort. There are 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom units available. The 1 bedroom spa bungalows consist of a king size bed, walk in robe, a full kitchen, lounge area, quality appliances, laundry and a split bathroom with a spa bath and private balcony. The 2 bedroom spa bungalows consist of 2 separate bedrooms, with a Queen size bed in the main room & 2 singles in another, a full kitchen, lounge area, quality appliances, laundry and a split bathroom with a spa bath & a private outdoor garden area.

The Facilities
The hotel's Beaches Restaurant serves fresh seafood and premium beef. With a roof top patio bar, indoor and alfresco dining options, Beaches offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Rosslyn Bay Wellness Spa offers innovative treatments that are designed for intense relaxation, rejuvenation and general wellbeing. It also offers a number of weekly Yoga classes ranging from all levels of expertise.
