There are only 5 luxury villas located in the tropical garden with views directly onto the Indian Ocean. Each villa includes a separate lounge area, a master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. The rooms are furnished with a fusion of colonial and original Zanzibari styles and have private verandas overlooking the garden and ocean.

You can expect 5 star luxury and there is full room service on request and each suite has all the comforts you would expect in a luxury lodge along with a mini bar, room safe, and wireless internet. The master bedrooms are air-conditioned and 3 of the villas are suitable for families (triple or quad) as the living area is air-conditioned and its possible to convert to a second bedroom.

Relax in the tropical garden, swim in the fresh water pool (3m deep) or laze on the beach or in a private beach hut with sun chairs in the garden where you can tan the day away. Visit the Shisha Lounge for an afternoon tea or a drink in the evening to watch the moon rise.

For some extra pampering you can indulge in a spa treatment where professional therapists offer a range of decadent treatments. We want you to enjoy the scenes and atmosphere of Zanzibar's beautiful east coast, nonetheless a television with Pay TV, a wide DVD collection and a telephone are available in the main house and, in addition to the wireless internet access in the suites and the main house, RIM (Blackberry) and Mobile G3 connection is also functional on the property.

A stay at Anna of Zanzibar allows you to do as much or as little as possible and with this in mind their combination of individual service and a relaxed atmosphere there is a television with a pay TV as well as a variety of DVD's plus a telephone available in the main house.
