Designed by award winning architect Gary Fell, the design uses the abundance of natural light to provide guests with views from every vantage point.

The main floor of the property boasts a huge infinity pool that looks over the ocean, lounge and dining area for twenty people with a 180 degree uninterrupted view.

The five bedrooms include three beautifully appointed guest rooms as well as a boys’ room and a girls’ room, making it an ideal choice for families. There is also a playroom for the children.

Add to this a fully stocked wine cellar, 12 seat cinema, gym, spa, two studies and a dedicated children’s play area to make this property a unique choice for holiday-makers.

On the beach below the boutique Mia Resort offers a fabulous sunset bar and restaurant with a delicious array of international and Vietnamese cuisine.

By the end of May 2015 there will be more villas completed near the Residence offering equal luxury but with four bedrooms. The price here is based on the five-bedroom Residency but do ask us for more details about the four-bedroom properties when they are completed.
