One of Vietnam's more personal properties, Cham Villas consists of just 16 beautifully presented garden or sea view villas. What makes them ever so popular is the fact they are scattered in a hectare tropical gardens, which gives the resort a lot of privacy despite leading right onto the beach.

Opened by a German-Vietnamese couple in September 2004, Cham Villas is the perfect getaway spot and is popular with tourists and Saigon expats alike.

The six beachfront villas and 12 garden villas bungalows, some of which have open air bathrooms, are beautifully finished in a minimalist Vietnamese style, complemented by artefacts that recall the historic era of the Cham, who ruled Vietnam from the 7th to the 19th century. Each villa has a king size bed, bathtub overlooking a small private garden and a large private patio with comfortable club chairs and a day bed to reflect and relax. They offer all the usual amenities including mini bar, air-con, cable TV, in-room safe, IDD phone, etc.

The property has a good standard of facilities; the secluded open-air spa offers a variety of massage styles and the terraced restaurant is renowned for its very high standard of cuisine.

The resort’s German restaurant “Ratinger Löwe”, is actually not in the resort gardens - but on the main road just next to Cham Villas. It serves traditional German fare, international and Vietnamese food with a pretty patio area. The resort is centrally located in Mui Ne and there are dozens of other beachfront dining options at the surrounding resorts.

The Cham Villas Spa offers a variety of treatments including relaxing and sports massages. The secluded beautiful open-air spa is surrounded by lush greenery.
