Each villa has its own private walled grounds of 800 sqm containing lush tropical gardens as well as a private 40 sqm swimming pool. The villas themselves comprise of three separate living pavilions.
The first pavilion houses a large living and dining area incorporating a fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with breakfast bar. The living and dining areas have high ceilings with fans and full length sliding glass doors opening out onto substantial veranda areas offering both indoor and outdoor dining.
The second pavilion houses the master bedroom complete with large indoor/outdoor bathroom and the third pavilion houses two more double bedrooms, one with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard and feature full length sliding glass doors opening out onto private verandas overlooking the villa's pool and gardens.
The 10 by 4 metre private swimming pool has infinity edges and sandstone sunbathing decks equipped with sun-loungers and umbrella.
Each villa also features a large grass roofed sala pavilion providing a peaceful relaxing environment.
The villas are Balinese influenced, featuring a lot of natural wood, terracotta tiles and shaded and open spaces. Each villa has its own Balinese style entrance way and a separate car port entrance provides ample parking space for two large vehicles.
The villas are self catering with a fully equipped kitchen. Arrangements can be made to have the fridge stocked prior to guest's arrival. It is also possible to arrange private catering on request. There is a restaurant and bar located on the estate or there are numerous restaurants available around the island.
The villas are conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport, 400 metres from Choeng Moen Beach and 10 minutes drive from both the picturesque Bophut Fishermans village and bustling Chaweng Beach.
Car hire is recommended for this villa to make the most of the island. This can be arranged through the villa's management team.
