Cham’s House Koh Kood is located on the western shore on one of the island's most serene beaches. The design of the resort aims to provide its guests with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and an escape from the overstimulation of busy modern life.

The Rooms
The resort has 23 rooms and 32 villas. The bedrooms are octagonal so guests can enjoy the best view from their bed, and are decorated in contemporary tropical decor. Bathrooms have an open-air bathtub with separate outdoor rain shower and double sinks. All of the rooms have a modern Illy Espresso machine for the coffee lovers, as well as tea making facilities.

Located in the top of the hill, the Deluxe Ocean View Rooms are located in the main building. They offer a panoramic view of the ocean and the lush garden. An en suite bathroom comes with rain shower.

Cham's House Grand Deluxe Jacuzzi Ocean View Rooms offers a panoramic view of the resort grounds and the sea which can be enjoyed while soaking in the Jacuzzi on the spacious balcony.

The Tropical Villas are situated throughout the lush gardens of the resort grounds and offer open air bathtub, high ceilings and an outdoor sun deck. The resort also has Tropical Pool Villa which offer the same facilities as well as a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets.

All Beachfront Villas at Cham's House offer one bedroom, one bathroom, inddor and outdoor shower, a private balcony and a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets. They are located at the beach, boasting prime ocean views.

The Presidential Villa is slightly bigger and comes with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and separate rain shower, balcony, as well as a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets.

The Facilities
Cham's House boasts an outdoor pool with sea views, day spa and a beachside restaurant called Bombyx Beachbar & Restaurant.

There is a variety of activities for guests to enjoy both on property and around the island, like kayaking (the resort provides free use of kayaks) around the island or to the three tier Than Sanuk waterfall, snorkeling or scuba diving to just name a few.
