All villas at Casas del Sol offer two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, fully equipped kitchens, as well as decked terraces with private swimming pools.
The largest and most indulgent of the retreats, the Villa of the Rising Sun (300 sqm) features spacious open plan living with incredible 180 degree panoramic views of Koh Tao to the open ocean. The design couples loft-style living with contemporary tropical ambiance.
The Villa of the Full Moon (215 sqm) commands views over sister island Koh Nangyuan and the open ocean. Surrounded by a garden of frangipanis, this stylish hideaway is a serene seaside sanctuary.
The Villa of a Million Stars (200 sqm) steals views from Sairee town to the open ocean. This trendy refuge is never short of relaxation space in which to turn off, tune in and chill out.
A cosy retreat, the Villa of Green Palms (150 sqm) sits amid stone boulders and faces the open ocean with views of Sairee town and the neighbouring island of Koh Nangyuan. This cute casa is ideal for romantic getaways and intimate escapes.
The villas don't have a a reception, however the Western managers living on-site will meet and greet guests, take care of their stay, book local services, provide advice or assist in the unlikely event of an emergency. All villas are equipped with complimentary WiFi, mobile phones and they provide menus for home delivery food services directly to your villa. Complimentary villa cleaning services with a change of fresh bed linen and towels are provided once per week for stays of 7 days or more.
The location of Casas del Sol is on a hillside above the main town and beach of Sairee. Access to the villas is by a paved road of moderate steepness. Sairee town and beach is located less than 5 minutes by motorbike or taxi car. Walking to Sairee is possible but not recommended, it takes about 20 minutes to walk downhill to Sairee however the walk uphill can be more tiresome and time consuming particularly in the tropical heat.
We recommend that you rent a motorbike when on Koh Tao as the easiest method of transport to explore the island and to access our villas.
