The reserve offers a collection of 3 different accommodation options within the private concession, each uniquely tailored to suite a diverse range of preferences from small and intimate to a slightly larger family friendly camp,

MalaMala Main Camp is family friendly and accommodates up to 38 people in total at the camp.

MalaMala Sable Camp is more exclusive and only accommodates up to 10 persons in the camp and no children under 12 years.

Rattrays MalaMala has a Colonial-African flare and is very luxurious and only takes 16 persons with an age restriction of 16 years and older.

MalaMala Private Reserve is nestled snuggly along the Kruger National Park boundary with no fences and boasts 23km of the Sand River frontage that is the life blood of the reserve and a perennial flowing river. The camps are positioned on the western side of the river so as not to interfere with the animals movements from the Kruger side.

The reserve boasts the largest tract of big five game land in South Africa and is world renowned for its uncompromising high standards of service, sound conservation management policies and boasting some of the best game viewing in Africa.
