Approach to this home is at the middle level where entry is across a lily pond and wooden walkway into the open planned dining room, lounge and well appointed kitchen area.

There are large picture windows to take full advantage of the forest setting and views. A lovely social deck at this level provides for comfortable relaxation with a convenient barbecue facility.

Piped music throughout and central air-conditioning/heating make for a very comfortable stay.

A beautiful swimming pool for serious swimmers, heated year round, is set in a very pleasant garden which overlooks the lagoon.

The Upper level of this home consists of the large main bedroom and en-suite bathroom which features an unusual multi-nozzle shower. This bedroom also has a breathtaking view of The Heads.

The lower level consists of two more well appointed bedrooms and a full large bathroom.

For your entertainment there is a home theatre with 2 meter screen, dual DSTV in all bedrooms and wire-less internet throughout.

Three braai facilities available: a portable and a Weber braai on the pleasant deck overlooking the lagoon and one wood braai on pool patio viewing the lagoon. Both areas are served with stereo speakers.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4 plate stove, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. There are also towel warmers in all full bathrooms.

The in house electronic security system and electronic remote controlled gate provide full security.Lockable parking for one car and also secure parking on property

Please note no smoking indoors and no pets.

Full linen provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
