Nestled amongst the many vineyards of the Marlborough region, this Lodge is an ideal base for wine and food lovers or even just those wishing to get away from it all.
With only two rooms, the lodge feels like a luxurious home away from home and provides both privacy and the convenience of being hosted. During your stay you will enjoy the pure cotton sheets, handmade soaps, fudge, fresh flowers, local and homemade produce for breakfast plus the added bonus of complimentary wines in the evening.
Antria was purpose built by the owners, Kathryne and Phil in 1999 to accommodate guests. The attention to detail is superb; recycled timber is used extensively, Italian tiled floors provide a welcome coolness in the sultry summer months whilst under-floor heating keeps it cozy in winter, and wide verandahs surrounding the property provide afternoon shade for relaxing in.
Both suites have towering three metre high ceilings, French doors opening out onto the covered verandah, original New Zealand artwork on the walls, and huge en-suite bathrooms with double walk in showers and dual wash basins.
