In small groups (8 persons maximum) and supervised by its chefs, the guests discover the secrets of Moroccan gastronomy and are initiated into the delights of one of the best cuisines in the world. Each course is ended by tasting the prepared dishes. After the class, participants can enjoy a walking tour in the souks where they will get plenty more tips on the spices and the local seasonal products.
