Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort is nestled in the heart of the 2500 acres of the island's most beautifully preserved scenery, Domaine de Bel Ombre. This exceptional property is set amongst a sheltered turquoise lagoon between rolling hills and lush green vegetation. It’s most well known for its spectacular 18-hole Championship golf course overlooking the sea, exceptional service and the finest cuisine.

The resort offers numerous free sports activities both on land and sea including pedal boats, water skiing, tennis, bikes, windsurfing and yoga sessions.

The Rooms
The resort offers a variety of luxury accommodation including 20 villas and 158 rooms and suites with either sea or river views, floor to ceiling French windows and private balconies or verandas. All rooms are inspired by French colonial design with dark wood floors, period inspired furniture and high level of attention to design detail.

Suites are separated into Deluxe, Junior, Senior and Ocean categories. Deluxe Suites can accommodate two adults and two children with a king size bed and sofa bed. There are 32 interleading rooms for families or larger groups. Junior Suites are slightly larger and can accommodate two adults and infant. Senior and Ocean Suites are the largest category and can accommodate two adults and one child or 3 adults. Senior Suites have a lovely lounge and dining area and large four poster beds for a romantic atmosphere. They also include outside shower and butler service. Ocean Suites are on the beachfront and have a spacious lounge and dining area and a large veranda.

The Facilities
Le Telfair offers a wide range of the finest cuisine- foodies will be very happy! There are 6 restaurants and 3 bars/lounges to choose from. Annabella’s is the main restaurant which offers a lovely dining experience with a large terrace and a chic brasserie menu. Gin’Ja’s is a Pan-Asian restaurant with the entire restaurant open and overlooking the sea. C Beach Club is a more casual, beachfront restaurant and bar offering a cool, chic and relaxed environment for day and night. It includes two restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool and boat house and well as an ice cream bar and kids and teens area.

The Cavendish Bar & Lounge, is one of the most famous and stunning bars on the island. It’s the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif, local rum or a digestive in a lovely relaxed piano bar atmosphere.

Le Château De Bel Ombre is perhaps the most notable restaurant on the property (and island). The 19th century colonial-style mansion is set in 100 year old garden in a timeless setting where you can enjoy an exceptional Mauritius dinner made with the finest local food. It’s an ideal venue for weddings, anniversaries or any special occasion.

The famous Heritage Golf Course, is a world Championship 18-hole course that stretches over 100 hectares of rolling hills and the sea; and will no doubt be the Best Golfing experience in the Indian Ocean.
