One of the few completely newly built properties in Fort Cochin, Xandari Harbour offers a different type of stay. It is located right on the waterfront overlooking Cochin’s harbour with a large swimming pool and loungers in perfect location to take in these views.

There are 16 good sized rooms in the property. There are 10 Spice Rooms with 4 on the ground floor which have an outside area to sit in and 6 on the first floor with large windows over the harbour or Bazar Road. 4 Harbour Rooms have fantastic views out to sea as the name suggests, with two having patio’s up to the waters edge. There are finally two suites, one with unrivalled views of the harbour and offering a bathtub and one with views over the main street and harbour.
All the rooms offer free wi-fi and a minibar but there are no TV’s. The property also has its own restaurant with a good variety of food and breakfast cooked to order.

Its location is slights out of the Fort Cochin with a 10 minute walk to the Chinese fishing nets and 15 minutes to Jew Town. The hotel will organise a rickshaw if you wish and this does not take long to get back to the hustle and bustle of Fort Cochin. Due to being near a main road and the harbour the property can be quite loud but this can be very atmospheric.

We think this property is perfect for those looking for a more modern hotel and perhaps great if you are spending a bit longer in Fort Cochin so you can escape the business in the centre for some downtime by the pool.
