A small homestay Philipkutty’s Farm is loved by all customers due to the property itself as well as the extremely welcoming owners. The pace here is very relaxed, with the main activity being to watch life on the backwaters from the terrace of your bungalow.

All 6 rooms face the waterfront with spacious interiors as well as large open spaces outside to watch the world go by. Enjoy children playing in the river, women washing and boats going past from the cool air of your shaded terrace.

The property is on its own island so it is reached by a small boat. It sits amongst 35 acres with its own farm located behind the property. This is where most of the ingredients in your meals will come from ensuring a truly fresh meal. All meals are communal and are at a set-time serving up local Keralan cuisine.

There is no pool here or spa, however yoga can be arranged once you have arrived. There is wi-fi throughout the property but you may just wish to completely ignore the outside world and make the most of the pure simple pleasures Philipkutty’s Farm offers.

Note: This property does not currently hold a license to sell alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol to consume in their rooms if they wish.
