Located right in the centre of Dutch Cochin and just metres from their cemeterty, this property is a true celebration of Dutch heritage which sometimes gets overlooked compared to the prominent British and Portuguese reminders of Fort Cochin’s history.

There is a nautical theme throughout, from the artwork, the ship model in the reception area and dark wood furnishings. However this is all weaved amongst contemporary architecture of large square windows and minimalist interiors to create a stylish modern hotel. There are 19 rooms which are all classified in the same category but they do have differences. Ground floor rooms having patio’s, TV’s and limited view, whilst rooms upstairs offer balconies and good views. When not in your room there is a spacious garden with a good sized swimming pool to cool off in.

A unique touch to this hotel is the menu at the restaurant which is a modern twist on some traditional favourites. The chef has brought together dishes that the from destinations in the Indian Ocean, which have been influenced by the dutch from the 1600’s.

Note: This hotel does not currently hold a license to sell alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol to consume in their rooms if they wish.
