Fleewinter is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) to give our clients full confidence. The TTA was set up 12 years ago to provide an alternative to bonding programmes like ABTA and ATOL for smaller independent travel organisers.

The way it works is that all clients booking money goes into a trust account set up by the TTA and is only released to us once the holiday has been taken. That way should anything happen to Fleewinter between the time of your booking and going on your trip then you are completely protected and your holiday be unaffected.

In addition we also insist that all clients take out full travel insurance which you can arrange independently, or through ourselves. One advantage of our insurance programme is that you are covered for cancellation costs – however for this to be valid the insurance must be taken out at the same time or immediately after booking.
