The design of the property reflects the environmental textures of its rocky backdrop it occupies 3-levels against the mountain-side with spectacular panoramic views of the coast, Twelve Apostles and Lions Head.

The ingenious versatility of this six-bedroom villa is that it can separate into 3 apartments on self-contained floors. The design is wrought in indigenous natural materials of signature 'balau' timber decking and in the interior travertine tiling and caesar-stone. The villa is environmentally-friendly in minimizing water use by means of an electronically controlled watering system, rain-water tank irrigation recycling and rooftop solar panels.
