Adjoined to the living room is the dining area with large 8 seated sleeper wood dining room table. The eclectic style of the living room is drawn into the dining room by well selected mismatched chairs, from which to enjoy almost panoramic views of the mountains and coast line. Sleek sliding doors allow for the living room to be completely closed off and private from the rest of the house.

Kitchen
Modern kitchen blends classic fittings with chrome appliances. A large gas cooker and stove, quaint dark wood breakfast table and informal family room with flat screen TV divide the space between the dining and kitchen area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (with air-con')
• Bedroom 1 - downstairs beautifully decorated bedroom with open plan en suite bathroom features a restored fire place, direct garden access and spacious bathroom. Complete with his and hers wash basins, shower and free standing.
