Situated mid-way back in Sea Point on the boarders of Green Point, high enough on Signal Hill to enable the stunning views that is location is so popular for. Beach Road with it's Oceanside Promenade extending all the way round to the V&A Waterfront is approximately 10 minutes walk away- also within walking distance is the charming De Waterkant area. This is a great location for access in and around the city and to Camps Bay especially if you don't plan to have a rental car for the full duration of your stay, there are plenty of buses that circulate. A popular service is the hop on/off which offers a circular route that goes to/from the city via Camps Bay and Table Mountain cableway station.

Within walking distance are numerous restaurants, shops, bars and boutiques as well a laundry mat, pharmacy etc... Estimated walking time down to the ocean edge and rocks less than 5 minutes and approximately 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants.
