Inside there is an entertaining/dining area next to the kitchen and around the cocktail bar overlooking the split-level patio. The pool deck and terrace provide entertainment space outside and are furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs for dinning outside as well as a large gars braai (bbq).
Study/Lounge area upstairs with mini sound system, fax machine and internet access.

Entertainment: satellite television, internet access and several small CD/sound systems in different rooms.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with separate laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms
• Master bedroom (upstairs), the is particularly large and attractively designed, with high-ceilings and spectacular sea views, and it also has its own small dressing room and en-suite bathroom, again with great ocean views.
• 2nd bedroom (upstairs) is an en-suite double bedroom, with a private ocean-facing balcony.
• 3rd & 4th bedrooms (upstairs), are towards the rear of the house, one double and one twin bedded room, these two bedrooms share a bathroom (with bath and shower).
• 5th bedroom is a double (downstairs) towards the rear of the villa with small en-suite shower room.
• 6th bedroom is a smaller double with en-suite shower room, located on its own just outside the front entrance to the house.

Study/Lounge Area
Upstairs towards the rear of the villa is another entertaining room with mini sound system, fax machine and internet access.

Separate shower room/guest toilet downstairs.
