Location
The beach house is situated just over the road from Hout Bay's sandy beach in a secure complex. There are 2 shopping centres (beach and town) and an arcade in Hout Bay plus the fishing docks. Both the beach and town shopping centres offer a great selection of shops and restaurants. Within 2 minutes walk of the beach house there are a good selection of child friendly restaurants, plus shops and a supermarket. The town is about 15 minutes walk and the arcade 10 minutes from the property. The fishing dock is no more than 5 minutes drive from the beach house.
Seal Island is only a short boat ride away. Camps Bay is approximately 15 minutes drive, Constantia, Cape Town's original Winelands, approximately 10 minutes, the city approximately 25 minutes and the Indian Ocean Coastline approximately 30 minutes.
Property
The property is comfortably furnished in "Cape Cottage Style". Just 100 metres from the beach. There are beach, ocean and mountain views. Upstairs is the living and entertainment area.
