All 3 levels of the house boast the latest in cutting-edge technology, all controlled from a single push-button control centre on the first floor. The sound system allows iPod connection with high quality speakers covering the entire house including the outside patios, balconies and decking. A glass lift takes you to all 3 floors and exquisite glass stairs lead to the second floor. There is also wireless Internet connectivity throughout the house.

Designer lighting fills the entire house with a beautiful glow and high-quality air conditioning reaches every corner of the house and the overall temperature can be carefully controlled. An elegant tiled porcelain floor runs throughout the living area with under floor heating.

A sophisticated 360 degree laser security system watches over the entire property at all times.

Living & Dining
The spacious open-plan living area has incredible panoramic views on to Camps Bay beach and Lions head. Both (2x) sitting rooms incorporate stylish and contemporary furniture, one boasts a 42" Plasma TV, DVD and the other (1st level/formal lounge) views onto the wrap around infinity pool and Camps Bay beyond. A floating glass and steel staircase leads up to the next level alternatively there is the glass lift.

The lower level lounge is access via opaque glass doors to a dedicated television lounge-home cinema with three deep sofas centred around the wide-screen monitor. There is a cooler drinks fridge here.

The TV or cinema lounge is on the lower/ground level.

A large dining area can accommodate 12 people around a striking glass table with modern white leather chairs. Folding glass doors open onto the main balcony and decking area, providing a scenic setting to entertain.

Kitchen
The stunning dark wood bespoke designer kitchen has top-quality sand stone work-surfaces, a state of the art fridge-freezer with ice-maker, electric cooker & wine fridge. The island unit is designed with a gas hob, extractor fan, stainless steel prep bowl and breakfast bar incorporated into it, allowing social open-plan cooking. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and other modern conveniences runs off the kitchen area.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
5 generous double bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, king beds, fitted wardrobes, 32" satellite-enabled plasma televisions with DVD players, iPod connection and full surround sound that offers your own individual choice of music entertainment. Sliding doors open onto balconies with picturesque views. Guest bedrooms open on to the main balcony/terrace only the master has a private balcony. All guest en-suite bathrooms have oval caesar stone baths with matching oval washbasins. There is additional wardrobe space near the glass lift shaft.
• Master has a private square balcony and access to a sweeping front-facing broad terrace. The bath here is rectangular and large facing directly to Lions Head. There is ample walk-though wardrobe space.

On the first level a main balcony with sunbathing deck and beach views. There is also a separate al-fresco dinning patio under a shaded pergola with soothing water feature, large gas BBQ and table to seat 10. Both areas provide access to the wrap around salt-water infinity pool.
A private off-street driveway leads to superior electric gates which open onto a covered parkade with automated double garage doors.
