Pavilion D'Orient offers fantastic value for money. With only 35 rooms set over large grounds you are promised an intimate stay at this charming, boutique hotel which blends the grandeur of French colonial times with traditional Cambodian architecture.

The resort has two salt water pools, which means there is plenty of space to relax after a long day of temple discovering. There is also a spa on site as well as a fantastic open air restaurant Le Planteur, which offers a variety of Cambodian and European cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Snacks are served by the pool every day.

The hotel is located on the edge of Siem Reap town and you would need to take a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride into the centre of town to eat out in the evenings.

The resort has three different rooms to choose from; the deluxe, junior suite or family suite. All are very comfortable, nicely furnished and have all the mod cons including air conditioning and en-suites. The deluxe rooms are found on the ground and upper floor of two separate mansions and overlook the hotel?s tropical garden or swimming pool.

The junior suites are more spacious, feature a King-size bed and a sofa that can be converted into a single bed. These all face the infinity pool. Meanwhile the junior family suites have two rooms; one with a King-size bed and a sofa (which can be used as a single bed) and two single beds in the second room. There are two en-suite bathrooms, each with a separate toilet.
