The gastronomic tradition of the Fasano family is the foundation of the group's hotels. In Rio de Janeiro, there are three restaurants: the Fasano Al Mare, a Rio version of Fasano in Sao Paulo; the Pool Bar for guests who prefer sandwiches and light meals outdoors; and Baretto-Londra, bar with nightly DJs.
With 79 rooms and 10 suites, all accommodations feature a balcony, wooden floor, Sergio Rodrigues chairs and ear shaped mirrors designed by Philippe Starck and inspired by Dalí, nowadays known as "ears that see." The hotel offers some connecting rooms on Superior and Deluxe categories.
