Fleewinter

Walhalla's Star Hotel provides stylish accommodation in twelve large suites in the heart of the township. It is a boutique accommodation hotel with a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. It is a replica facade of the original gold-era Star Hotel, however the interior has been design to suit modern requirements. The original Star Hotel was destroyed by fire in 1951.

The Rooms
All suites feature their own lounge, ensuite bathrooms, heating and ceiling fan, and a private cottage garden or section of the verandah.
They come with a king size beds but can also be configured to twin beds (2 x singles) and 2 triple rooms are available. One bedroom [Black Diamond] is designed for people with limited mobility. Four rooms are located on the ground floor, please request a ground floor room if you cannot manage stairs.

All rooms have WiFi and air-conditioning. The WiFi is free, but the connection is unstable.

The Facilities
Walhalla's Star Hotel is not a "pub" in the traditional sense and they don't have a public bar. Guests have access to 24 hour self-serve guest bars, located in lounge and on the landing, that work on the old fashioned honour system. The bar in the restaurant is open during dinner service. Tea and coffee facilities are available on the 1st floor landing or in the lounge.

The hotel does not have TVs nor mobile telephone service. Guests can unwind with a book or from the library in the hotels guest lounge and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Wi-Fi is available but it is not a reliable connection.

Walhalla's Star Hotel is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
