Fleewinter

Opened in April 2003, on the former site of the Hotel Darwin, the Resort overlooks Darwin Harbour and parkland foreshores.

The resorts perfect location on the corner of the Esplanade and Herbert Street allows guests to be conveniently located to all that Darwin City has to offer; Restaurants, Shopping, Sightseeing, the Convention Centre, Parliament House and more.

The Rooms
The Tropical Villas have been renovated in 2015 and feature a Queen size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, toaster and microwave, refrigerator, stovetop with 2 hotplates and an electric BBQ on verandah. The resort also has some beautifully appointed Executive Villas with outdoor spa or indoor spa bathtub.

The Garden Bungalows, surrounded by tropical gardens, feature a Queen size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen LCD TV, Austar, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave and an electric BBQ on the private front verandah.

The Standard Hotel Rooms offer a Queen bed and a single bed (some variations in bedding configuration may apply). They feature a refrigerator, tea & coffee making facilities, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Austar TV, and ensuite. The Superior Rooms offer all of this, but are slightly bigger and can accommodate an additional rollaway bed.

The Facilites
The resort prides itself on its lush tropical gardens that encase the villas and provides a tropical outlook for the rooms. A swimming pool is located in the centre of the resort and is also surrounded by lush gardens.

A coin operated guest laundry is available for guests to use.
