Gipsy Point Lakeside's luxury apartments have absolute water frontage to the upper reaches of the Mallacoota Lakes. A gentle slope provides beautiful views of the water from all parts of the property.

The property is surrounded by the Croajingolong National Park, 87,500 hectares of unspoiled wilderness coastline which extends for over 100 km of rainforest, wildflowers and wildlife, offering one of the world's most undisturbed environments. Easy walks, challenging hikes, lakeside picnic spots, secluded pristine beaches, great fishing spots, water sports and a range of 4wd tracks to explore.

Due to the hotel's location in the wilderness, adjacent to a large inland waterway without fences, the property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

The Rooms
All the apartments at Gipsy Point Lakeside Resort provide water views. Full kitchen facilities allow guests to prepare meals in the comfort of their apartment. Kitchen appliances include a dish drawer dishwasher, ceramic cook top, convection microwave and frost free refrigerator. Alternatively a BBQ on the private deck or in the gardens can be enjoyed.
Laundry facilities in the apartments include a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.
Entertainment facilities include a LCD Colour TV and DVD player as well as a stereo sound system.

The luxury one-bedroom Waterfront Spa Apartments with double spa and separate shower are beautifully decorated. They come with a spacious deck with outdoor furniture, which is separated from the water only by foreshore reserve. Big picture windows along the front of the lounge, dining and kitchen provide water views. The bedroom is set up four steps on a split level, with a portico opening between the lounge and bedroom providing water views from the bedroom. Native gardens surround paved paths lead from each apartment to the foreshore reserve at the front and to the rest of the property at the rear of the apartments.
Air conditioning and a wide deck provide comfort in all conditions. A comfortable two and half seat sofa and lounge chair are ideally located to watch nature in comfort. Entertainment facilities include Colour TV, video player and a small CD system.
The spacious bedrooms have a dressing table with a large mirror, wardrobe, case rack and drawers. Bedding can be configured as either a king sized bed or two long single beds. In addition to the water views from the bedroom through the lounge, another window overlooks a native garden to the rear of each apartment.
The bathrooms in the waterfront apartments are tastefully decorated. They are appointed with a large corner spa and separate shower.

The Lakeview Apartments offer one or two bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite. They also feature a spacious deck with outdoor dining furniture and sun lounges. Native gardens in front of the apartments provide a haven for numerous birds.
As a two bedroom apartment, the Lakeview Apartments are ideal for two couples with an ensuite for each bedroom. Each bedroom can have either a king sized bed or 2 single beds.
As a one bedroom apartment, the Lakeview apartments are spacious. The bedroom can be configured with either a king sized bed or two single beds.

The Facilities
Right at the resort, kangaroos and their baby joey’s laze in the sunshine while impressive bird-life brings the garden and water’s edge alive with their colour and chatter.

The hotel has a solar-heated swimming pool and a guest lounge. If guests don’t feel like cooking, nearby restaurants, cafes, pubs and the dining room offer a range of options. They can also provide gourmet barbecue or picnic hampers for guests to enjoy in the outdoor dining area.
The resort shop offers home-made casseroles, confectionary, wine, beer and other refreshments.
